Terms and Conditions
You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
- Other inclusions not listed as part of this booking may be chargeable.
- Our guest house is located in the city, and we do not offer a beach view.
- The property does not have a lift.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Bar is not available, but customers can bring liquor from outside.
- Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
- For late check out, it's subject to an extra price & availability.
- We do not carry the luggage; luggage has to be carried by the customer.
- Prices don't include the driver's room.
- No deposit will be refunded if a member does not like the room upon arrival.
Cancellation Rules
If cancellation is done 3 or more days prior to arrival, then the full amount will be refunded.
- If no show, then the full amount will be charged.

Cancellation Rules
- If cancellation is done 7 or more days prior to arrival, then the full amount will be refunded.
- If cancellation is done between 5 - 7 days of arrival, then 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
- If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.
- If no show, then the full amount will be charged.
